Ruach Tones the origins
We came together one day of the orbit and we had a unified idea to create a platform/label that honors the art form . The system is plagued with witches and devils who want to draw your energy and commodify your art in a way that diminishes that realness of the music .
We created various ensembles from around the world to curate various compositions . We have William Doran as the resident composer who specilises in brass instrumentation and graphic scores .As well the polyrhytmnic prowess .
Adam Dorancurates albums and contributes to mastering and the spreading of the word . As well as scoring and photography .
Mossbank Studio
mossbank Studio is the central processing place for our works with plenty of recorders and vintage gear .
We use a variety of vintage analog recorders and early 2000’s interfaces for A/D conversion the setup is very much like a 90’s studio with various items from that era .We combine this with our universal apporoach to create our sound .
Crossover
we switch from DAW to outboard multi tracks for compositions as well vast fx units to create the afro futurist sound .
